Description: We experienced a drop of all ADSL services Australia wide. This issue has been resolved and services are restoring gradually. Please note services may take longer than usual to restore due to a large number of customers trying to reconnect.

We have updated the version of the much loved SquirrelMail webmail client and re-instated it in it's usual place on the Coscom Website. Sorry for any inconvenience casued while we were applying the required security updates.

Coscom staff have been working on improving our email SPAM prevention systems over the last 24 hours and will be continuing to do so over the next 7 days. We expect these measures will improve the amount of SPAM our clients have been recently seeing in their Inbox's.

Description: All ADSL1 tails including layer 2, layer 3 and hosted customers. This Maintenance is for the carrier to replace their faulty hardware which was the cause of the outages over the past couple of days.
 
NSW-QLD ResDSL Carrier Outage

Service Affected: All ADSL1 Res-DSL connections

Description: NSW & QLD ADSL1 tails including layer 2, layer 3 and hosted customers. The issue has been raised to the upstream carrier for investigation.
Sessions appear to have dropped the majority are now back online, however there are still customers that have not reconnected, the carrier has raised the issue to their upstream provider.
Update: The carrier has confirmed there are DSLAM issues with their upstream provider and because of this they are seeing reduced capacity from them. Further updates will be provided when then become available.

Update: The carrier has resolved their network issue which was caused by their core routers, if you are still not connecting please power cycle your equipment or perform an extended power cycle (ie. 15 mins)
