Description: A fake email from Coscom Account has been circulated to @coscom.net email addresses. Please delete the email immediatly and do not open any attachments that came with it. An example of the malicious email is below:

Dear Customer,

This e-mail was send by coscom.net to notify you that we have temporanly prevented access to your account.
We have reasons to beleive that your account may have been accessed by someone else. Please run this file and Follow instructions:

Pre-requisites: Access to your @coscom.net email account. Please contact the Coscom helpdesk via the online contact form here if you don't have access to this as yet.

To access your account details you will need to log into the new Coscom Website using the login module in the top right hand corner. If you have not yet activated your Website login, you can simply get your username and password emailed to you by clicking on the forgot username and forgot passowrd links under the login module. This will email the relevant information to your @coscom.net user email address.

Once logged into the new Coscom Website a 'My User Menu' module will appear in the right hand column of the page. From here there are links to your Account Summary, Transactions, Internet usage etc.
