New Coscom My Accounts Section


Pre-requisites: Access to your @coscom.net email account. Please contact the Coscom helpdesk via the online contact form here if you don't have access to this as yet.

To access your account details you will need to log into the new Coscom Website using the login module in the top right hand corner. If you have not yet activated your Website login, you can simply get your username and password emailed to you by clicking on the forgot username and forgot passowrd links under the login module. This will email the relevant information to your @coscom.net user email address.

Once logged into the new Coscom Website a 'My User Menu' module will appear in the right hand column of the page. From here there are links to your Account Summary, Transactions, Internet usage etc.

SPAM System Upgrades



Coscom SPAM UPDATE:
Coscom email clients should now be receiving quite a lot less SPAM as from this morning. Last night we implemented some fairly extensive email Header and Body content filtering.

ADSL and ADSL2+ Outage Notification

Description:  Coscom Solutions is currently in the process of upgrading all of it's servers. This includes Email, WEB Hosting, VOIP, Hosted Server Solutions and Internet Authentication services. This will result in better service and performance.
