Coscom @Home Casual is designed to provide flat-rate internet access at an affordable price for the infrequent or casual internet user.

This access plan provides two special bonuses for users, a bonus for paying in advance and a special off-peak rate between midnight and 9am.

* Access available at $1.40 per hour if paid in advance. Service is billed at $1.40 per hour in 1 minute intervals.

Pay in Advance

A 10% bonus is given to all payments (or part of payments) which put your account in advance, effectively pricing our service at $1.40 per hour, if paid in this way. Periodically we run BONUS campaigns giving you even more bonus time.

Late Night Surfer

Any connections to the Coscom @Home Casual plan that commence after midnight and terminate before 9am are billing at a total of $2.00 for the entire connection. Note: Connections extending prior to or past this time will be billed at the normal rate. Start and finish times for this special are in Australian Eastern Daylight time (NSW).

Billing

Coscom emails an invoice to the personal Email account of all customers who have used the service during the previous month on the first day of each month. Your current account status, balance along with call and transaction history are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our comprehensive online billing system.

Coscom @Home Monthly is designed to provide a convinent internet connection for users who use the internet frequently and dont want to worry about how much time they are spending online.

New Accounts

New accounts on this plan are require to pay a $25.00 connection/account setup fee plus a pro-rata amount of the monthly fee for the first month of access.

Billing

Your account must be paid monthly, in advance. Your account will be automatically disconnected on the first day of the month if payment for that month has not been received. Your current account status and call/transaction history are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our comprehensive online billing system.

In accordance with our AUP this plan is not designed to be a permanent connection. Treating this plan in that way will result in your access to the service being suspended.
