All plans are configured with Shaping back to 64/64 Kbps

• A once-only setup fee of $110.00
• Static IP is available on ' dynamic ' plans for $8 per/month
• An early termination fee of $80.00 applies if, within the 6 month contract period;
• The service is discontinued.
• There is a change of plan (e.g. layer, speed, service type or price). A new setup fee may also apply.
• An early termination fee of $80.00 applies if
• Any change to an ADSL plan will incur a fee of $50.00 (e.g. layer, speed, service type).
• Change of plan fee will be waived if
• the 6 month contract period has passed; and
• a new 6 month contract is entered into; and
• we do not need to submit a modification request (e.g. speed, layer, IPs) to Telstra.
• We may withdraw, modify or change any ADSL plan with 30 days notice.
• All prices include GST.

• Credit terms are strictly "in advance"
• Payment must be made on or before the due date each month.
• All prices are inclusive of GST

Billing

Your account must be paid monthly, in advance. Your account will be automatically disconnected on the first day of the month if payment for that month has not been received. Your current account status and call/transaction history are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our comprehensive online billing system.
